B2B Concierge Matching Mandate

StaffingSOS.com is a free B2B concierge matching directory managed by SuccessOasis.com, established in 1998. We dedicate our digital infrastructure to assisting enterprise hiring authorities and commercial facility managers in bridging acute workforce deficits.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing StaffingSOS.com, submitting inquiry specifications through our interactive diagnostic widgets, or connecting with dispatch specialists via our toll-free routing lines, you agree to be bound by these corporate Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our referral matching network.

2. Intermediary Referral Pipeline Structure

StaffingSOS.com functions strictly as a marketing channel and introductory concierge pipeline. Our triage algorithms route business workforce parameters to participating national and regional Tier-1 staffing providers. StaffingSOS.com and SuccessOasis.com do not act as an employer of record (EOR), temporary staffing agency, or direct employer. All contractual terms, hourly billing rates, insurance certificates, worker qualifications, and credit facilities are negotiated and executed strictly between your business entity and the independent matched provider.

3. Zero Charge to Commercial Employers

Utilization of our matching widget, provider lookup, and dispatch telephone routing is provided at zero cost ($0) to corporate employers. To sustain this free referral pipeline, SuccessOasis.com may receive marketing compensation or referral fees from participating network staffing providers when a qualified corporate inquiry or live telephone call is successfully routed to their dispatch teams.

4. Limitation of Liability & Performance Warranties

While we enforce rigorous network participation criteria—including minimum shift fulfillment benchmarks and commercial liability insurance audits—SuccessOasis.com makes no express or implied warranties regarding individual worker attendance, shift performance, or ultimate commercial outcomes. Under no circumstances shall SuccessOasis.com or StaffingSOS.com be held liable for indirect commercial damages, business interruptions, or contractual disputes arising between your organization and matched network staffing agencies.

5. Intellectual Property & Network Integrity

All content, diagnostic flow architectures, branding assets, and proprietary code hosted on StaffingSOS.com are the exclusive intellectual property of SuccessOasis.com (Established 1998). Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or misrepresentation of our dispatch hub is strictly prohibited under federal digital copyright regulations.
